Description:

For most of us, making clothing is a chance to finally, finally get clothes to fit us just right, and stop spending so much at the alterations shop. This workshop is a crash course in how to take your off-the-rack finds and make them fit you the way you'd like! We'll focus on hemming (jeans and slacks, plus skirts and dresses, with three different techniques), and then we'll take a peek at easy alterations to make your store-bought lovelies fit you the way you'd like. Bring at least one garment to experiment on, and we'll provide samples to practice your new skills!Meets Wednesday, November 11 from 7-10 p.m.Questions?  Call 404-323-0864.
